Verifying your SweepSlots account is easy.
Simply log in to your Account and when your ready to submit a withdrawal you will follow the "Redeem" link that you will find in the menu bar on the left side of your screen. As soon as you initiate the verification process, you will be able to upload your documents. You will need a Valid Government Issued ID, that matches your account information you signed up with. Please note that entering accurate information is important or your verification will result in a failed attempt.
After you’ve successfully submitted your documents, your account will automatically be verified. If for any reason your account is not verified please contact our Customer Support team. They will review your account and will contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification.
The team will also inform you of any further documents we may require to complete the process.
