Follow these steps for a super simple Prize Redemption Experience!
- Ensure that your Identity has been verified by our System or ask a support agent if you are verified.

- While Logged into your account Click "Redeem" in the top left Menu of the home page.
Choose your redeem method:
- The First Option: is Bank Transfer / ACH and is your industry standard redemption method, using bank account and routing information. This method can take between 4 and 10 business days.
- The Second Option: is Debit Withdrawal, which is a direct payment to the provided and accepted card you chose. This method usually takes 1 business day, but in some cases can take up to 5 business days.
- The Third Option: Skrill Digital Wallet, use this method to redeem direct to a Skrill account you own that matches information submitted during ID verification process.
*Keep in mind that the minimum amount you can redeem is $100 and currently, the maximum amount you can redeem is $500 per day. (There are no limits on the amount of redeems you can request, but you can only request another redemption once the first one is cleared)*
*Please note that you must be a fully verified player to successfully be able to submit a redemption.
