To successfully complete a mail-in request please follow these rules and guidelines:

• Must be a hand written post card, index card or letter
• Must have first and last name- full address- phone number
• Must contain a self addressed and stamped envelope
• Must be sent first class with postage prepaid.

One (1) Sweeps Coin will be provided in response to the mailed request. Sweeps Coins not played for 60 days are deemed forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
