We realize some players believe it might be a short-term benefit to submit chargebacks/disputes on recent purchases. Before you take action, however, we must urge you to please be aware that making fraudulent chargebacks will put you at risk of criminal prosecution if the case is sent to local law enforcement authorities.

We feel it’s in everyone’s best interest to be aware of the consequences of making fraudulent chargebacks.

All individuals who submit chargebacks for purchases will be investigated and have their disputes contested by our Fraud and Security team. Of the recent cases investigated by our Fraud & Security Team 95% of chargeback cases were won when evidence was submitted to the players' bank/card issuer by our security team.

As it is a criminal offence to fraudulently submit a chargeback, we continue to be obliged to report these players to the local law enforcement, where the necessary action is taken by local police, leading to some of these players having convictions.

All players were subsequently blacklisted with US credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) resulting in them receiving a negative credit rating, ultimately preventing them from applying for bank accounts, credit cards loans and mortgages. In some cases individuals had their bank accounts closed.

**Please note that as of November 2023, our platform now requires ALL purchases to be approved through 3D Secure, which is a third party software that most banks offer to ensure the safety of our players and the platform and to avoid any fraudulent activity.**
